These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ravindrra Rasal website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account, ticking the consent box at registration, or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Who can register

You must be at least 18 years old and provide correct information. You may register as a User (to buy reports, book consultations and learn). Agent accounts (to work with your own clients under a paid membership plan) are created by us on request. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.

2. Services

We offer Vaastu, numerology, remedy, healing, counselling, pooja and related consultancy, instant reports, courses and mantra-chanting tools. Each service is priced individually by us. The price shown at the time of purchase applies. We may change prices, add or withdraw services at any time; this does not affect a purchase already completed.

3. Payments and refunds

Reports unlock after online payment. Because reports and digital content are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once unlocked. Bookings for poojas, events and sessions may be rescheduled or refunded as agreed in writing with us before the date. If you were charged twice or the service was not delivered because of a fault on our side, contact us within 7 days and we will correct it.

4. Agent memberships

Agent tools are available only while a membership plan is active. When a plan ends, access to agent tools is paused until it is renewed; your data is kept as described in the Privacy Policy. Agents must handle their clients' information lawfully and must not misrepresent Ravindrra Rasal's reports as their own certification.

5. Your content and conduct

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to break into accounts or systems, upload unlawful or harmful material, copy or resell our reports, courses and content, or share your login with others. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All text, reports, courses, designs, logos and software on the Service belong to Ravindrra Rasal or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use what you buy for your own use.

7. Communication and promotional messages

We will contact you about your account, payments and services. Promotional messages (offers, updates, events) are sent only if you opt in at registration or later; you can withdraw this at any time by writing to us or using the unsubscribe option in the message.

8. Limitation of liability

Our consultancy is guidance based on Vaastu, numerology and spiritual traditions. Please read the Disclaimer. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of the place where Ravindrra Rasal is based have jurisdiction.
