Last updated: 25 October 2026
Ravindrra Rasal respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone number, password (stored only as a secure hash) and the role you chose (User or Agent).
- Family and consultation details you add: family members' names, mobile numbers, dates of birth, addresses; property plans, photos and details for Vaastu work; dates, names and numbers used for numerology and reports.
- Activity: reports generated, payments (we do not store card or UPI credentials; these are handled by the payment provider), course progress and mantra-chanting counts with date and time.
- Consent records: the date and version of the Terms you accepted and whether you opted in to promotional messages.
- Technical data: basic logs and cookies needed to keep you logged in and the site secure.
How we use it
To create your account, deliver reports and consultations, process payments, give you your Member ID and dashboard, keep records of your chanting and learning, support you, prevent misuse and meet legal duties. If you opted in, we also send promotional messages; if you did not, we do not.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, payment, email/SMS), with our consultants who need it to serve you, and when the law requires. Information about family members is yours to share responsibly — please add only people who are comfortable with it.
Promotional messages
These are optional. You can opt out at any time by contacting us; service and account messages will still be sent.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes. You may ask us to correct or delete your data, subject to those duties.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for optional processing, by writing to us. We follow applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Children
The Service is for adults. Children's details may be added to a family profile only by a parent or guardian.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
